The Critical Role in Business Sustainability: In the Pee Dee region, where 66% of Marion County residents are either in poverty or ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed), workers face daily crises — housing instability, food insecurity, childcare gaps, untreated health conditions, financial emergencies — that can derail employment instantly.
When a CleanCo cleaning technician faces a housing crisis, CareWorks intervenes with resource referrals and support — keeping that employee on the job instead of losing them to turnover and the high cost of recruiting and training replacements.
CareWorks is the rhythm section — steady, essential, holding the beat while the lead performers shine. By removing barriers to workforce participation, CareWorks ensures the entire Crescendo performance stays on stage.

We are working behind the scenes preparing, training, and building relationships with local groups and organizations so we will be properly and fully trained to offer the best support available when the time comes.
